	Milwaukee Circuit Court, Branch 26, General Election HRL endorses Judge Bill Pocan Judge Bill Pocan serves in Branch 26 of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court. He presides in juvenile court. Judge Pocan was appointed to the bench by Governor Jim Doyle after over 22 years of extensive trial and appellate private practice experience.  Pocan was overwhelmingly selected as the most qualified candidate by the Milwaukee Bar Association. 	Milwaukee Common Council, 6th Aldermanic District, Primary Election HRL endorses Una Van Duvall In the words of Una Van Duvall: "I think the district can work for all of its people.
